SAFETY

TC Engineering has a nominated Safety Officer. His duties include responsibility for ensuring appropriate protective items are used in the workshop areas.  Also ensuring that statutory safety regulations are adhered to.

We have also nominated personnel qualified in first-aid administration.

Safety meetings are held at regular intervals between shop floor representatives, safety officer and management to review all aspects of safety and, if necessary, to recommend any improvements required.  On site tool box safety meetings are held on a weekly basis.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS

TC Engineering has been operating since 1987 and has never been the subject of any industrial action.  A close knit nucleus of company orientated employees has always been fostered and therefore, relations between employees and management is such that any problems which may occur are quickly resolved in an amicable manner.
